How technology leaders can build the right teams to support digital transformation agendas

Digital transformation is all about integrating technology across all areas of an organisation, to rewire or modernise the business.

To help us explore this topic further, we’re joined by Helen Marshall, Chief Information Officer at Yodel. 

Helen moved into this role in 2020, after being promoted from her role as Yodel’s IT Director. She has also previously held the roles of Director of IT Services & Operations and Director of Technology Transformation at Yodel. She has been central to Yodel’s IT development, helping the team achieve several technology awards – including Best DevOps team and Best Continuous Development Project awards at the Computing DevOps Excellence Awards. Helen has over 30 years’ experience leading IT teams across various blue-chip organizations – including Virgin and TalkTalk – focusing on the implementation of large-scale transformation with technology departments.
